These Terms of Service govern your use of Wingman ("the Service"), operated by Jose Castaneda Gomez ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at tryaiwingman.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wingman. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Wingman offers monthly subscription plans billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment, contact us at support@tryaiwingman.com for a full refund.
AI photo packs and credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. Once an AI model training has been initiated or photo credits have been used, we are unable to issue a refund as costs have been incurred on your behalf. Please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.
You agree not to use Wingman to generate photos of other people without their consent, create deceptive or fraudulent content, violate any applicable laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the Service.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated photos, including their use on dating platforms. Wingman is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of generated content.
You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated photos produced through the Service are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Wingman is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, including increases in matches or dates. Results vary by individual.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jose Castaneda Gomez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tryaiwingman.com.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
