Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Wingman. Here is our refund policy broken down by product type.

Monthly Subscription — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Wingman subscription within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@tryaiwingman.com and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime and your access will continue until the end of the period you paid for.

AI Photo Packs — No Refunds

AI photo packs (Starter, Pro, Elite) are non-refundable once purchased. When you purchase a photo pack, we immediately begin processing your AI model training, which incurs costs on your behalf that cannot be recovered.

Please review the photo pack details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about which pack is right for you, email us before purchasing at support@tryaiwingman.com.

Credit Top-Ups — No Refunds

Additional photo credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, as these credits are immediately added to your account and available for use.

Exceptions

If there is a technical error on our end that prevents you from accessing a service you paid for, we will work with you to either resolve the issue or issue an appropriate refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@tryaiwingman.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24-48 hours.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are always happy to resolve issues directly and chargebacks can result in account suspension.
